Overseas orders for delivery to Europe
are charged £9.95 up to 2Kgs
Standard service: Orders will be despatched by the end of the working day following receipt of your order - if not sooner (subject to stock availability). We generally use Royal Mail for smaller items and a nationwide courier for heavier parcels. Delivery is usually made within 3-5 working days.
Express Service: Orders will be despatched the same day if we receive your order by 3pm (subject to stock availabilty). We generally use Royal Mail FIRST CLASS post for smaller items and a nationwide courier for heavier parcels. Delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days.
Next day service: Orders will be despatched on the day of receipt (if placed by 3.30pm and on working days only) by Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items and overnight courier for larger items, with delivery the next working day.
Saturday service: We offer a Saturday delivery service which can be useful for those who are usually away from home during weekdays. Orders for this service must be received by 3pm on the Friday. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee for smaller orders and a nationwide courier for heavier items.
Please note that Saturdays are not usually considered a working day by Royal Mail or courier companies and next day (not Saturday service) orders placed after 3.30pm on Thursdays or before 3.30pm on Fridays are therefore likely to be delivered on Monday rather than Saturday. Also, there are some geographical exceptions applicable to the next day delivery service, such as distant or remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands of Britain. If in doubt, please call us for further information.
