Works well however bangs quite loudly if dogs travel in/out quickly biggest problem is the plastic door flap itself. I have repladed it 3 time due to the plastice becoming brittle and breaking due to u.v / cold weather / general wear over the past 3 years. Staywell have provided free of charge replacement parts quickly with no fuss.
