Easy to install and makes life much easier my dog can come and go as he pleases and he loves it.

Excellent item, easy to fit, my dog is 4 has never used one before and is going in and out with no problems.

This is our second purchase of this dog flap (we are having a new back door). The existing product has endured high winds, and in contrast to several previous dog flaps, has survived, which is why we're buying the same again. However the in/out locking mechanism is poorly designed, and becomes inoperative once dirty - the tabs are supposed to slide, but the tabs you push are too far from the sliding channel, hence due to leverage the mechanisim simply digs in and sticks. Cleaning and a bit of silicone helps somewhat, but if the locking mechanism is important to you, you might prefer another product.

The product is first class and was promptly delivered. Sadly I ordered the wrong size so have a product I can't use.
